Icheon is considered as the capital of South Korean ceramic manufacture. Besides the ceramic villages, there is an amazing ceramic theme park called Cerapia.
Visit Icheon Cerapia and enjoy the contemporary ceramic artworks, as well as exhibitions, demonstrations, and performances the ceramists can offer.
Come and visit one of the oldest wooden buildings in Korea, then get a glimpse of Joseon period- architecture.
Explore Anmok Beach and enjoy the sound of crashing waves as you sip coffee from the famous café street right by the port.
After enjoying the beach, you can visit Anmok Port. There are around 23 fishing boats can be moored to unload their catch of seaweed in the spring; flatfish, squid, octopus in the summer; and sailfin sandfish, and pollack in the fall and winter.
Experience the serene and peaceful atmosphere of Woljeongsa Temple, then enjoy the various artifacts on display from Buddhist culture.
The temple was founded in 643 during the reign of Queen Seondeock, the Silla Dynasty.
